will try and get pics up soon...very busy today too...I cracked my galaxy s2 screen two days into the trip so ive had no phone but it was insured so i took it to the carphone warehouse to get it sorted but they no longer make it so they offered me the £399 HTC one s in exchange and was also told that i am now allowed a upgrade so i picked up the galaxy s4 today too so 2 new phones so will just sell the HTC  so if anyone wants to buy it im open to reasonable offers for it (BNIB) :D

i have had plenty of double figures and 20lb's approx 3-4 30's and the same with 40's so it has been a long time coming.last pb was 46.8.

Nice one , what area did you go,
I go to river Meuse around Belgium border, eastern area.
Used to travel way down south , 6 hour drive, but found some nearer places.
Went to wintons a few years back , 7 different fourties in a week , awesome week.
Well done again.

sounds like the hard work has paid off then,one day i will be in the 50+club,till then i have to look at my dads smug face as hes had 3 and  likes to remind me ever now an then,

iv only had 30's so far but about 10-12 of them,40's and 50's are just a dream

49lb 12oz (French ) mirror p.b. 39lb catfish (French river) p.b . 39lb (French) lake grass carp.
Had some great fishing experience in France. Shame not the same in this country. Big money and who you know ?

Nice catch Darren, cant wait to see the pics. My biggest fish is 53lb too, but mine was a cat ( my one and only cat!!! caught on a float in the margin! :wacko: ) I dream of 1 day catching a carp that size.

the 2.30 am fish 35lb 12oz and i was shattered as it was the 1st bit of sleep i had after 36 hours and was awaken by this fella.

 

53lb fish known as stella...

 

and along bit of sweet revenge ***note the mother-in-laws name above mine and the fish size****

thanks...she is back out their in july and in that swim so she will see the gift i have left her then...ive kept the carving under hats til she sits down at that bench at breakfast.
