Hey guys

For the people that did not see the other thread, these are the discs to help you frag zoa's using our special zoa plugs.

All you do is slot a plug in the middle and let it grow over the outer plugs. Once they grow over the outer plugs, just lift the plug and cut it out. Slot a new one and you ready to go again.

Prices on bother versions are £8.99 each

I will load the 7 hole version with plugs for £1.

* Please Note * because the disc is made from 2 halfs, it becomes static when the plastic covering is pulled off and attracts a little dust that gets stuck in the middle. It does not affect the disc at all and is just cosmetic. Most of it you will not even see.

I would love to see some of these in your tanks if/when you get pics. :)

ZS MEMBERS: Please remember to NOT double up frags in a single postage tube. For the highest possible success rate use 1 frag per tube.

Please allow zoa's to heal for at least 2 weeks after fragging before sending them out.

Thanks Jason, but i'm happy to wait for the multi head one. Its not like my tank is brimming with zoa's yet, i still have plenty of space to be working with. :)

to stop the plug falling through the hole. if they were single layer then the plug wouldnt sit flush and that would result in zoas growing on the side of plugs. thats my theory anyway. i could be wrong, i usually am lol

you could get the same effect if you used thicker  acrylic and a cone cutter or step drill ?

Doug, the discs are on the RC website, please make your purchase there.

http://reefculture.c...t&product_id=50

They are in 2 sections due to being laser cut and the high precision needed to make the product work.

A cnc cutter would cut the step out of acrylic, but we do not have one of those at our disposal  :)

Hi Adam

Sorry, no singles left. The 7 hole version works much better so we did not continue with the single hole version

Just ordered a couple. I'm really looking forward to seeing how these work out!

My idea of fun is cutting up little animals and gluing them to rocks!
