What was the main cause for this once thriving site to become so quiet?

Used to be a great community with regular sales, swaps, advice, help....allsorts.

Was it people completing their collections so not having things to sell or swap?

Facebook groups taking over?

Greed from people on here just rinsing it for what they could get and just killing the vibe?

Did people just get bored of it?

maybe a combination of all?

Either way, would love to see it back to how it used to be, or even close to how it used to be would be a good start.

I think alot of people moaned about the rules, then went over to Facebook. Facebook used to be really good with auction pages and all that. But Facebook has clamped down on the sales of livestock.

Sales killed it members wanted more than 5 per month so they moved over to Facebook
Shame as they were a little bit more protective here than Facebook
Now Facebook stopped the sales of livestock they have moved on to other groups or stopped altogether
